Call For Power In Prayer

May we all be that one to our Jesus... The past two weeks in Korea have been some of the most significant. I am dividing the update into two as God did so much.

But I wanted to ask for **concentrated prayer** as Bob Jones gave a profound word about the next conference Lesley and I are preaching in in San Fran. I included Bob Jones/Surprise's word below to ask for full prayer covering this coming week. It is funny as last year God had me minister first in Asia and then California (Berkeley and LA) during the 100th year celebration of Azusa street. As we head out again from Korea to San Fran again, I know God is breaking out both in Asia as well as the Asian American youth of America. 100 years ago, the revival in Wales spread to Azusa. From Azusa It spread around the world -- and hit India, and then North Korea which catalyzed the Pyung Yang Revival of 1907 one hundred years ago.

This 1907 Pyung Yang Revival broke out from two Canadian women repenting in Wonsun. They did identification repentance for the white Western missionaries who colonized and often abused the indigenous cultures "in the name of Jesus." God broke out with a movement of unity and prayer among missionaries in Korea. Fire fell as they traveled to Pyung Yang (capitol of North Korea). The spirit of repentance fell, and the rest is history.

One hundred years later, I believe that God is still answering the prayers of His saints with a greater wave of the spirit of repentance. Lesley and I flew into a Holy Given conference to 'scout' out the land for a Holy Given Asia 2008 missions school to mobilize for the Olympics (with sister schools in Pemba and Oxford). Jesus was so kind. He allowed me to have 4 days completely alone in Prayer Mountain fasting and praying to hear His heart for this week. Jean and Janet were a phenomenal puzzle piece to the tapestry God is constructing for His greater plan in Asia.

Right before I preached, God took me into a vision/visitation where I met this prisoner being tortured and flogged in North Korea. It was as if I was there watching him scream out in prayer. I saw the most upsetting vision. As the blood was spilled from his mouth, it shot out and became firey missiles of missionaries. I saw a global map, as arrows of intercession were being shot from the persecuted church in North Korea. Their intercession and blood cried out. The drops of blood transformed into flames of fire in South Korea. From South Korea, fire shot to Hong Kong, mainland China, Taiwan and Japan, forming a net around North Korea. God showed me that the demonic stronghold in NK was so strong that it would take a movement of unity across Asian nations to combat it. I saw how displeased God was with the division in Asia. There is deep seeded bitterness, remnants of imperialism, and nationalistic pride which have formed walls of historical hatred between Asian nations. I realized that these walls had to fall with forgiveness in order to reach NK. We have a common enemy and it is definitely not each other.

The prisoner turned to me in this experience and said, "WHEN WILL YOU BECOME THE VERY ANSWERS TO YOUR PRAYERS SOUTH KOREA?"

I was undone. I had fasted and prayed for a week for sermon, but I felt not to speak but to just call people to their knees and release the vision corporately. Holy Spirit changed the meeting, where it broke out with leaders repenting nation to nation, as we ministered to these North Korean refugees. Lesley took off all the expensive Korean jewelry and slide them on the women who had just escaped the horrors of North Korea. They were weeping as they met the Lord after experiencing suffering too great to tell. Jesus is beautiful. I never did preach my sermon, but I sure do hope He spoke ;).

The next night, Lesley felt led to do a repentance of the West versus East, similar to what those missionaries did 100 years ago. During this time of repenting to the Asians, God showed us that Asian nations had judged the West for the worldliness/infiltration of their culture. In judging the West, they then ate the root of their judgments. Now, Seoul is one of the most materialistic cities in the world (third most expensive to live in). Pastor Sam Kim, our Iris Korea Director who helped bring the Toronto Blessing to Seoul by being a bridge to all these speakers for 13 years, said that he has never seen this in Korea before. Also -- to make you laugh: After Lesley preached an awesome message and did deliverance for the sin of pornography in leadership, she broke out in an Asian dance. At 12:30 in the night, we were just blowing on 3-suit piece Korean men who would drop like flies in the anointing. So Lesley takes out a fluorescent colored, hand made Chinese ethnic granny bag (one of the tackiest things I have ever laid eyes on -- looks like a hoola hoop yarn ball skirt, but it was a precious present from a saint). She puts it on her hips and proceeds to belly dance, do ethnic Chinese impersonations across the stage. Luckily, most everyone was out in the spirit, so I am sure Lesley has not quite yet ruined the name of Holy Given Asia. It was so funny.

The church recorded it. I am considering selling it on eBay to fund my Beijing Olympic dreams!!!!

The next service, God gave me a verse for this whole war with the spirits of NK. Ex 14:14: "The Lord will fight for you; you need only be still. The battle is the Lord’s." Striving is a major stronghold in Korean culture (wanting to be self-sufficient from an orphan spirit). I knew I needed to do yet another wave of corporate repentance but to The Person of Holy Spirit for controlling Him, putting God in a box and only wanting God on our terms. I felt to turn down the lights, so no one would be looking at me, but all would look away unto Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our Faith. All the Koreas were prostrate before God. I told God I wanted Him to be the Conference speaker, for them to see Him, hear prophecies straight from the Prophet of Prophets with out a middle man, and be commissioned by God and not man. I wanted Him alone to receive all the glory, honor and praise of His precious Korean Bride. Pastor Deborah, our other Iris Korea Director was laughing and crying for hours and hours as Holy Spirit just wrecked her.

The final service was a foot washing service as an inauguration of Holy Given Korea. There was a young man washing my feet. He just bowed before me, holding my feet on his face for a long time. During this, I went into that visitation again. This time the North Korean prisoner came to me and thanked us. It was one of the most intense weeks, but it was truly amazing what God did to mobilize youth in the whole Back to Jerusalem vision (with this olympics focus). My preaching jacket was drenched with people's tears from holding weeping people for so long. But it was amazing. I will have Jean Rhee follow this up with a second update as God opened major doors in media which is key for reaching Asian with the gospel. The Koreans are sending teams both to Mozambique this summer as well as China next year.

Lesley gave me a precious gift: She found a handmade scroll in China. It was made in the shape of a cross, centered around the Chinese symbol for LOVE. The cross was made out of a rainbow of symbols of the last 56 unreached people groups of China. I know that Matt 24:14 will be fulfilled in this generation: "And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and the end will come." Rom 10:14-15, "How then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can they preach unless they are sent?... How beautiful are the feet of those who proclaim good news."

May God raise up a remnant -- a generation who will not only die for Him, but truly live. Who will proclaim the good news and give The Lamb the full reward for His sufferings.

Bob Jones released a prophetic word about the conference we are about to speak in:

Rarely do we send prophetic words regarding specific events to our mailing list, but this is different. Something has been happening throughout this "Invasion Of Love" (The God Conferences & Jesus Breakthroughs) campaign across the United States. When we are done, it will have included 54 meetings in three and a half weeks. It will have touched six regions, with thousands of peoples lives affected. Already we have gone through four regions and God is touching lives. Healings and the evidence of our King has been in the meetings in great power. A prophetic voice called me a few weeks ago and said that he saw this "Invasion" as a lifeboat being offered to the Titanic. We believe people on the Titanic are listening this time, and the atmosphere of Heaven has been charged in ever increasing measure city after city. While in Virginia the same week of the Virginia Tech massacre, we learned that many of those targeted by the young man were in fact Christians. Police officers who heard the videos personally indicated that he indicated a close alliance with Islam. I remember words that spoke of martyrs in our own nation. History records that "the blood of the martyrs is the seed of the church!" I believe we about to see His Church rise with Great and Glorious victory and no longer cower and wait for the world to notice that we have something... we are going to carry it to them!

Tonight we continue in Oklahoma City... a place where tragedy once hit... but where tonight we believe His Glory will appear and reveal His Awesome Love and Grace!

The Purpose of this letter is actually to those of you who are in the Bay Area and also in Northern California. There have been too many prophetic words to ignore what we believe God is going to do in that region beginning next week. At the point of this writing we have about thirty Mountain Of Worship Team coming from all over the country to participate in this event. All of them have heard that something is about to take place and we don't want to miss it. While in Virginia the Lord spoke to me and said we "were at the top of the hill, and now everything was going to start rapidly increasing with momentum and power!" We have watched that happen since Virginia!

A week and a half ago during our International Conference in South Carolina, Bob Jones shared a very powerful word that I have been processing and praying through since that time! He said, "The White Dove is coming again. Let me see what’s the name of this town? (It is Columbia SC) This town is the town of the Dove. Its the time of the Dove. Most of you’ve heard my teaching on the Dove The Dove is the Nature of Holy Spirit its Holiness. The Holy Spirit is getting ready to move in the places of the Dove. The Dove is making Himself known again in Reality. Reality is revealing the Spiritual part."

Then Bob began sharing about an event that happened the previous night. "Last night I was in a temple with some saints. There were vacant seats there and I thought wow where are the people who should be listening? As we were sitting there I saw stones that began to fall. They were falling last night. They were like Green Fire like that flag. I picked one up and gave it to Bonnie to put in her purse. I saw others were getting them. They were called Green Fire. What’s the Green Fire? It's Emerald inspired teaching. It's Firey teaching with Revelation. It's teaching with a fire like you never seen before. It is beginning to bring Truth on a scale like you never have seen before. Even the mysteries of God are being opened. The Spirit of Truth, the Holy Spirit, is behind this but its His Dove nature in you thats bringing this Truth. And as I saw people gather there I saw the swallow build her nest there. And at times like this I see things like that so I can see where it is in Scripture this is the next thing God is doing. I heard this audibly that these stones will begin to fall again in 2 weeks. Awesome Revelation is coming like the green stones with fire in em."

As Bob shared this experience I motioned for Surpressa "Surprise" Sithole (from Iris Ministries with Rolland & Heidi Baker) to come up and share an experience he had a week prior while in the UK. Surprise said, "Three weeks ago I was in the UK and I was praying. I was praying every day in a small room. One afternoon when I was praying I saw a stone a HUGE stone, it was falling on the city of San Francisco and that stone affected quite completely a large area... the Bay area. I didn’t share that with anyone but Danny today. Seems like the Lord is about to do something! Some incredible things." Surprise later told me that as the Rock hit, it splintered into MANY rocks just like Bob had seen in the experience he had the night before.

When I mentioned to Bob that we were going to be in San Francisco in about 2 weeks. I asked him more about this and he said, "they are gonna fall!" He said, they had "the Fire of God" in them! As we discussed it, we realized it was similar to the crystals that affected Superman.... the Kryptonite. Only this time it would work in reverse. We would carry the Fire and it would weaken the affect of darkness in regions... so that the nets can begin to catch the fish!

Bob then mentioned that the trees of healing, the "balm trees" will be the first thing! We are to get ready for healings like we have never seen! He then indicated the Lord gave him the 84th Psalm:

(Psalms 84) (For the choir director; on the Gittith. A Psalm of the sons of Korah.) How lovely are Thy dwelling places, O LORD of hosts! 2 My soul longed and even yearned for the courts of the LORD; My heart and my flesh sing for joy to the living God. 3 The bird also has found a house, And the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, Even Thine altars, O LORD of hosts, My King and my God. 4 How blessed are those who dwell in Thy house! They are ever praising Thee. Selah. 5 How blessed is the man whose strength is in Thee; In whose heart are the highways to Zion! 6 Passing through the valley of Baca, they make it a spring, The early rain also covers it with blessings. 7 They go from strength to strength, Every one of them appears before God in Zion. 8 O LORD God of hosts, hear my prayer; Give ear, O God of Jacob! Selah. 9 Behold our shield, O God, And look upon the face of Thine anointed. 10 For a day in Thy courts is better than a thousand outside. I would rather stand at the threshold of the house of my God, Than dwell in the tents of wickedness. 11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield; The LORD gives grace and glory; No good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly. 12 O LORD of hosts, How blessed is the man who trusts in Thee!

He then shared that "40 years ago they had the Summer of Love in San Francisco the heathen had their Summer of Love or Lust my Daddy can outdo that I believe you are gonna have the Summer of Love in San Francisco."

The next night Bob indicated he endured the most opposition he had ever encountered at an event like this and when he asked the Lord about it, the Lord told him it was because of the importance of what we are walking into!

We are looking for a MAJOR Breakthrough in San Francisco. I hope many of you can get there.
