Holy Given Korea: Week 3 Holy Given

HG Schools
The HG Korea school has been going for 3 weeks now....well in full swing.... God is good and has been pouring out His goodness and mercy on us as 80 students from 20 nations join together to learn how to lay down their lives before Him.
Last week during our Two-Thirds world theology class we heard from the nations of Korea (both North and South) and Japan and how God has revealed Himself in those nations. Students from North Korea shared about the struggles for those living in North Korea. Next minute we entered into a precious time of repentance and healing between North and South Korea and and then Japan. Students from African nations also repented as they realised that other nations are suffering also. We shared the pain and tears together and offered forgiveness nation to nation. God poured out His spirit of grace for deep repentance. What would take years to resolve - God miraculously did in a couple of hours.
But more than that, this was a time of standing shoulder to shoulder with our brothers and sisters from these nations and coming together as one body. This is what the Kingdom of God looks like which opens the door for the transformation of a nation.
As we were praying for the Japanese students on their last day with us - repentance came forth from the South East Asia nations which were formerly occupied by the Japanese in WWII. We had a time of foot washing for the Japanese team and God's spirit was powerfully poured out on them.
On this same day, Friday 15th, it was Japan's anniversary of its defeat in WWII in 1945. Japan's Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda, as he expressed his country's remorse for the pain it inflicted said, "The nation inflicted significant damage and pain on many countries, especially on people in Asian countries". It was no coincidence that God is going to be moving in the nation of Japan. A new door of life has been opened to that nation to receive new life. Please pray for these students who are leaders in their nation.
